Does anybody know if I sim card from Morocco would work in a prepaid cell phone that is a t-mobile phone?
I am wondering if anybody knows wether or not a sim card from Morocco would work inside a t-mobile prepaid cell phone. I am looking into getting a new phone for my fiance.
It will, but whether you have a prepaid or postpaid account, T-Mobile requires that you have 90 days active service with them in order to qualify for a sim-unlock request. Otherwise you would probably need to go to some pay site to pay for the unlock code and there’s no guarantees with them. Also when you use the Moroccan sim in the phone, then neither that carrier nor T-Mobile are able to help with warranty related issues.
Why not be a stand up guy and buy a regular unlocked handset directly from the manufacturer instead of being cheap?
